Our community outreach provides local programs for improving information access for the affected community. We go into the heart of the community and provide the expertise needed to access information and help in meaningful ways.
Our outreach programs create an impact through sustainability, communication and collaboration with other community-based organizations, increasing requests for information and services, implementation of new services, access to reliable resources, and tailoring or translation of materials in different languages to empower better health and improve the quality of life.
Our pharmacy services for protection and prevention
Pharmacy services for proactive prevention of acquired diseases for the community. If you, a family member, or a friend don't always use condoms, had or currently have a sexually transmitted infection (STI), have sexual partners who don't know their HIV status, or have sex in a geographic area or sexual network where HIV is prevalent, then after a healthcare assessment we can supply PrEP (pre-exposure prophylaxis) through our certified pharmacies. PrEP is a once-daily prescription medicine for adults and adolescents at risk of HIV. It helps lower the chances of getting HIV through sex.
