Live Love Life is a community-focused, non-profit clinic providing walk-in testing, HIV/hepatitis

care, harm-reduction services, insurance and case-management assistance, and inclusive

care for LGBTQIA+ individuals. Below are the most common questions patients ask, along

with clear and friendly answers.

  • 1. What services do you offer?

    We provide walk-in rapid testing for HIV and hepatitis C, comprehensive STI treatment,

    PrEP/PEP and Doxy-PEP medications, clean syringes, Narcan and other

    harm-reduction supplies. We also offer disease management for HIV and hepatitis B/C,

    insurance and case-management assistance and gender-affirming care.

  • 2. Do I need an appointment?

    No appointment is needed. You can walk into any clinic during business hours for

    testing or other services. Same-day HIV care is available and we’ll schedule follow-ups

    as needed.

  • 3.Where are you located and what are your hours?

    Clinics operate in Holly Hill, Daytona, Ormond Beach and Orlando – Pine Hills.

    Holly Hill is open Monday–Thursday 9:30 am–5:30 pm (Wed until 7 pm), Friday 11 am–

    7 pm and Saturday 9:30 am–1 pm. Daytona and Orlando – Pine Hills run Monday–

    Friday, with similar hours. Ormond Beach is open Wednesday only. Additional

    locations in Orlando-Universal, Deland and Jacksonville are coming soon.

  • 4. How much do tests and treatments cost?

    Rapid HIV and hepatitis C tests, condoms, Narcan and syringe exchange are free.

    Medications like PrEP and hepatitis C cures are low-cost or free through assistance

    programs. We help find affordable options based on your situation.

  • 5. What is PrEP and can you help me start it?

    PrEP (pre-exposure prophylaxis) is medication that prevents HIV infection. We

    evaluate your health, answer questions and help you start PrEP quickly. Our team will

    assist with insurance or other payment programs so cost isn’t a barrier.

  • 6. Do you offer PEP for recent HIV exposure?

    Yes. PEP (post-exposure prophylaxis) must be taken within 72 hours of potential

    exposure. If you think you’ve been exposed, visit us or call right away so we can get

    you started as soon as possible.

  • 7. Can I get clean syringes or Narcan?

    Absolutely. Adults 18+ can exchange used syringes for sterile ones and pick up

    safe-use kits, fentanyl test strips, Narcan and Kloxxado. We also provide free

    overdose-prevention training.

  • 8. Is the clinic welcoming for LGBTQIA+ individuals?

    Yes! We’re proud to offer LGBTQIA+ affirming care, including gender-affirming health

    support, hormone-therapy coordination and inclusive sexual-wellness services. All

    identities are welcome in our judgment-free space.

  • 9. Do you help with insurance and benefits?

    We do. Our case managers review insurance options, refer you to licensed brokers,

    help navigate high-deductible plans and assist with benefits applications like SNAP or

    disability. We also coordinate referrals for mental-health care and housing.
